Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of guide2decide.com and the Guide 2 Decide + ("G2D+") worksheets, tools, memberships and content (the "Service"). The Service is operated by JSC Innovations PTY LTD ("we", "us", "our"), an Australian company. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Educational purpose, not professional advice
G2D+ is an educational decision-making framework. Worksheets, assessments, AI-generated reports, comparisons, discussions and other content are general information only. They are not financial, legal, tax, medical, psychological or other professional advice and do not take your full personal circumstances into account. You remain responsible for your own decisions. For significant personal, business, health or financial decisions, seek independent professional advice.
2. AI-generated content
Some features, including the Business Idea Evaluator and the Comparison Platform research assist, use artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, including estimates of costs, prices, demand, regulations and profitability. Always verify important information with official sources, providers or qualified professionals before relying on it.
3. Accounts
- Some features require a free account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without permission.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
4. Subscriptions and payments
- Paid plans (such as G2D+ Premium and G2D+ Business) are billed in Australian dollars, monthly or annually in advance, through our payment provider Stripe. Prices include GST where applicable.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Plans & Pricing using Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Paid plans include monthly usage allowances for AI features, as described on the Plans & Pricing page. Unused allowances do not roll over.
- We may change prices or plan features. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a price increase for an existing subscription, and you may cancel before it applies.
- Members who purchased through Stan Store are billed by Stan Store under its terms.
5. Refunds and the Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure with the Service, you are entitled to a refund or other remedies under that law. Other than as required by law, subscription fees for a billing period that has already started are not refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, email joseph.chiabrera@gmail.com and we will look into it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- post content in discussions, feedback or ideas that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, misleading or that infringes anyone's rights;
- share other people's personal information without their consent;
- use the Service to send spam or advertising, except through a disclosed partnership agreed with us;
- attempt to bypass usage limits, access other users' data, overload or disrupt the Service, or scrape it with automated tools.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
7. Your content
You own the content you enter, such as worksheet answers, decisions, ideas, comparisons, feedback and posts. You give us a licence to store, process and display it as needed to provide the Service. For example, a business idea you choose to publish is shown on the public feedback board, and discussion posts are shown to other visitors. You can delete your posts, ideas, decisions and saved comparisons at any time.
8. Our content
The G2D+ framework, worksheets, factor libraries, written content, design and branding are protected by copyright (© 2026 JSC Innovations PTY LTD). You may use them for your own personal or internal business decision-making. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them without our written permission. Organisations that want to use G2D+ with their customers, employees or clients can enquire about licensing.
9. Partners and sponsored content
We may work with providers who pay for referrals or sponsorship. Sponsored content is always clearly labelled, and it never changes your personal results or rankings in the Comparison Platform. We are not responsible for third-party products, services or websites.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Worksheets saved only in your browser can be lost if you clear your browser data, so use the backup options to keep copies.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss arising from decisions you make using the Service. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the Service again or refunding the fees you paid for the affected period.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date and, for significant changes, notify account holders. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state or territory in which JSC Innovations PTY LTD is registered. You and we submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
